Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement, for example by email or letter, that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Return Instructions

Please contact us by email before sending back any items. We will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions.

Please do not send items back to the original shipping address shown on the parcel or to our international fulfillment partners. Returns sent without prior contact or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.

You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal.

Returned items should be unworn, unused, clean, and, where possible, returned with all original tags and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

For regular returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at lorastore@outlook.de with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In such cases, we will provide further instructions and cover the necessary return shipping costs where required by law.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs.

Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

We will issue the refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Loss of Value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, features, and fit.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at lorastore@outlook.de with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

International Fulfillment

Some orders may be shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, your right of withdrawal, or your statutory warranty rights.
